A Davidson Saturday — market, coffee, a slow walk

The editorial intent for this kind of Saturday-in-Davidson video is a slow walk from the Davidson farmers market on Jackson Street over to Main, past the bakery window and into Summit Coffee. The narrator points out Davidson College's open lawn, mentions that every event on campus is public and free, and lands at a small shaded bench where somebody's dog decides to be the subject of the next ten seconds of footage.
For newcomers, the thing this page has to convey is specificity. "Davidson has a farmers market" is a Chamber of Commerce sentence. "Summit Coffee's upstairs patio is where everybody on the soccer committee ends up at 9:15 on Saturday" is editorial. The intro should earn the viewer's trust before the video even loads — it's the SEO surface, yes, but it's also the reason a stranger keeps reading instead of bouncing back to search results.
In the real version, this paragraph would name a person by first name, a coffee order, and maybe a season. Not a listicle of twelve reasons Davidson is great.
